1. About these terms
These terms apply when you register for, receive a pass for, or attend an event organised through MyGlobalEvents. By registering you agree to them.
2. Registration
You must give accurate details when you register. Each registration is personal to the named attendee. We may decline or cancel a registration that is incomplete, duplicated or misused.
3. QR pass and badge
Your QR pass is unique to you and must be shown at check-in. Do not share or copy it. Badges remain the property of the organiser, must be worn visibly at the venue, and may be reprinted only by event staff.
4. Your information
We use the details you provide, including your name, contact details, company, photo and preferences, to manage your registration, send your pass and event reminders by email or WhatsApp, print your badge and run attendance reports. Your name may be translated into another script for your badge. We do not sell your information.
5. Photos
If you upload or take a photo at check-in, it may be printed on your badge. You can ask staff to print your badge without a photo.
6. Event changes
The organiser may change the programme, speakers, venue or timing. We will try to notify registered attendees of significant changes using the contact details provided.
7. Conduct and entry
Entry is at the organiser's discretion. Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or for indirect losses arising from attending the event.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your registration.
